Do you like your bacon with just enough salt and super smokey? If yes, you’ll love ours. We smoke our bacon in small batches for a long time. And then we smoke it some more. We taste each small batch to ensure that there is enough smokey goodness before it is approved for sale. We think you’ll enjoy.

We developed this ham for Irving Farm Coffee Roasters in New York City. The rub is a blend of their coffee and five peppers, so there is a little spice in each bite. If you would like to eat warm, we recommend pre-heating your oven to 350°. Put ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Put a little water in the pan and seal in foil. Bake until you have an internal temperature of 160°. Depending on the size of your ham this should take between 40 and 70 minutes. Enjoy!
